John Keeling
Born and bred in Manchester. First job in the industry was working for Wilsons in
Newton Heath helping to brew Great Northern Bitter. Then studied at Heriot-Watt
under the famous professor of brewing Sir Geoff Palmer. After graduating his first job
was at Fullers for 38 years brewing ESB and London Pride.
During his time at Fullers he developed London Porter, 1845 , Vintage and
Past Masters amongst others.
Now happily retired and will do talks for a pint or two.
